Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees unless expressly stated. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly. We will offer you the opportunity to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund of any payment made.

5.3 Payment Methods

If you are unsatisfied with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items delivered, missing items, food quality issues), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Orders already in preparation generally cannot be canceled. For catering or advance orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund.

• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, CONTENT, OR SERVICES ACCESSIBLE THROUGH LINKS ON OUR WEBSITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN LANTERN PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE 30 DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Green Lantern Pizza and you. Green Lantern Pizza would not be able to provide the Services without such limitations. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless, and release Green Lantern Pizza and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

To the extent applicable, these Terms shall comply with all relevant provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce, as well as any other applicable consumer protection statutes enforced by federal or state regulatory bodies.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (each, a "Dispute") informally by contacting Green Lantern Pizza directly at [email protected]. You and Green Lantern Pizza agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial notice. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE IN WRITING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS.

13.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. Claims relating to the infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights are also excluded from mandatory arbitration.

13.5 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies for such court, in lieu of arbitration.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you continue to use or access the Services or maintain an account with Green Lantern Pizza. Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Services or your account at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms;

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will communicate updates to affected customers where possible.
